Is Honey Healthier Than Sugar?
The Answer: Sugar is sugar. And honey is (mostly) sugar. But if you’re choosing between the two from a health perspective, err on the side of the sticky stuff.
Your body breaks food down into glucose in order to use it for fuel. The more complex a food — namely a carbohydrate — is, the more work it takes to break it down. Sugar is made of 50 percent glucose and 50 percent fructose, the sugar typically found in fruits, and is broken down very easily, leading to a surge of blood glucose. Većina je netočno navedena, tijelo ne pretvara druge vrste šećera u glukozu, nego u glikogen. I glukoza se ne "akumulira", nego se upravo te druge vrste šećera spremaju u obliku masti, čija se pretvorba događa samo u jetri, dok se glukoza direktno pretvara u energiju u svim stanicama u tijelu.
Fruktozu, i druge složenije šećere tijelo u jetri pretvara u glikogen, a ne u glukozu kako se navodi, tj. mast. Koja se tek naknadno troši kad "dođe zima" pa nemamo više izvor glukoze jer nema hrane.

Ja jednostavno vodim računa da me ne uhvate.
A ako ti suosjećaš sa jajarama i kokošarima koji će te sutra zajebati na sitno, onda neka ti bude.
I šta si se to ti našao prozvan..........biće i ti muljaš tako na sitno pa te smeta istinita priča.

cijena ulja se ne povećava s obziron na to kako se ulje dobivo, nego s obziron jel se ljudima sviđa. ako baba nađe mušteriju kojoj se ulje od 40 kn toliko sviđo da doje za nj 100 kn, tada je ta baba izvrsno poslužila mušteriji.

A danas biće 45-60 god jer veliš da se sjećaš ćevapa iz Jugoslavije
Ljudi su par tisuća god spremali kobasice i spremali meso, konzervirali a sad od jedan put nema boljega od američkog GMO

A šta očekivat od poljoprivrede kad je više ljudi u poljo agencijama nego na polju,zato papamo smeće od hrane i djeci nam rastu samo noge i guzice.....

Med sadrži glukozu, frukozu i na desetine drugih spojeva a nastaje skupljanjem nektara sa civjeća i kao takav je najbolji i najzdraviji zaslađivač, doli konzumni "šećer" je saharoza dobivena od trske i repe i ne sadrži kurca znači opetovano blebetanje...deda na aparatima wrote:udba wrote:
