Ako sklopimo ugovor zaštićen je ugovorom , ako ne nije.

Nadalje, ja iznajmljujem smještaj od. 1.10. do 15.6.

i zanimljivo, imama baš takvu klijentelu kojoj to paše.
Nakon sezone mi se vraća

vi sančosti ste po defaultu ili vam onako fali daska?
ako s tobom potpišem ugovor do dana X nema frke.
ako dođe mladi bračni par s djetetom i ti im veliš da mogu do sezone.
jer ćeš ti iznajmit apartman za 30€/dan. oni to ne mogu platiti.

ja ne pišem o cijeni. 
pišem o garanciji podstanara.
nikaj drugo.

cijena je stvar tržišta, ali podstanarstvo nije.
