fdr je izvukao ameriku iz velike depresije, doduse uz ogromnu pomoc WW2.

As a college educated woman, mother, grandmother and taxpayer, my opinions and choices matter TOO.

My family, comes first, their safety, their future. Stephanie's husband wasn't working in tower 1 the night before the planes hit. Her grandchildren weren't sleeping peacefully when 5 pipe bombs were left in a trashcan 3 blocks away.

Unfortunately, the fears and uncertainty expressed, usually lack any real substance. That is exactly why no one takes it seriously. I am truly trying to understand what's behind all this self induced anxiety but no one has brought forth anything tangible.

Stephanie writes, "When I told her Trump had won, she protested: “But Mom. You said Hillary was going to win.” “A lot of people thought the same thing,” I said. Clearly a LOT of people disagree wit Stephanie. People lean to heavily on the "popular" vote theory. Step back and see the REALITY, which is out of 3,141 counties in the entire country, ONLY 57 counties thought that. 3,084 counties wanted it to go just as it did. There's a reason that the Democrats have lost control of every level of government in this nation. It's got NOTHING to do with racism, misogyny, demagoguery or islamophobia. Of course you demand it to be true, but that doesn't make it so. Unless and until you are WILLING to actually LISTEN, you are just going to be a bystander because it doesn't stop here. The people that voted for change aren't going to let up. We have only just begun.

Stephanie goes on to say "I was experiencing: hopelessness; fear; uncertainty about the future", well Stephanie, it's become pretty clear that a majority of the country has been feeling that way for almost a DECADE. So MANY Democrats abandoned the party because they no longer identify with it.
