oni dzepovi u okolini damaska su dobro utvrdjeni a ni vojska nema dovoljno ni snage ni jedinicia da ide na njih, s druge strane se pokusava kozojebe iselit u idlibda se cim manje infrastrukture razjebe i da manje ljudi izgine,
racunaj da tamo ima jos hrpa ljudi koji nisu mogli pobjeci od kozojeba a granate ne biraju,

koliko sam skuzio damira sad ce se ici niz rijeku ali i prema der haferu tako da se napravi pojas oko alepa da se isilovci vise ne mogu priblizit a onda se ide na zapadni alepo,
palmira je u stisavnju i najvjerojatnije ofenziva nece ici bas dalje od nekih 20 km, mada je steta, isis je dobro dobio po picki i mogli su gurati prema deir zouru

Syrian government forces are advancing along the Euphrates River in order to reach the Jihar Airbase from the northern and northeastern flanks and to recapture this strategic site from the ISIS terrorist group.
While no intense clashes were reported in the area of Khafsah and villages northwest of it, ISIS units will likely attempt to keep control of the Jihar Airbase.
The control of the airbase allows the terrorist group to keep defended the eastern flank of another ISIS-held town – Deir Hafer.
According to unconfirmed reports, forward units of the Syrian army have already reached outskirts of the Jihar Airbase and engaged ISIS terrorists in firefights.

Syrian troops managed to break through the defense line of terrorists of the Islamic State group.

The Syrian Army is conducting a military operation, aimed against terrorists of the Islamic State (IS) group, in the area of Hama city, which is the fifth inhabited locality by the number of inhabitants in the Syrian Arab Republic, the Syrian SANA news agency reported. As a result of the airstrikes and ground operations, Syrian troops broke through the defense line of IS terrorists.
Only at the first stage of the large-scale operation, at least 40 terrorists were killed. The Syrian Army continued its offensive and managed to seize several armored vehicles and pickup trucks, equipped with large-caliber light weapons.
In addition to the operation in the area of Hama, Syrian troops continue to liberate the eastern and north-eastern outskirts of Palmyra from terrorists. Militants have already been driven out from Al-Bayrat.
Against this background, Arabic-speaking activists of social networks publish photos, according to whose description, the US Special Forces and the Russian military police are concentrated in the area of the Syrian city of Manbij.
According to some reports, the Russian military police has started to operate in the city, taken by the Syrian Army, while the Americans have begun to cover up Kurdish armed units from possible attacks by the Turkish Army. On March 9, the Syrian Army’s Tiger Forces, supported by the Syrian and Russian air forces, liberated the Jirah Airbase from the ISIS terrorist group in the province of Aleppo. The Tiger Forces also got control of the nearby villages of Idrisiyah, Baylan and Durubiyah.
The Jirah Airbase is heavily damaged as result of airstrikes and the ISIS actions. However, it has a strategic location east of Deir Hafer.
Now, when the ISIS-held town of Dier Hafer is de-facto cut-off from the rest of the ISIS-held area in central Syria, its liberation will become the main short-term goal of the Syrian army.
Experts believe that after Deir Hafer government forces will likely advance along the Deir Hafer-al-Tabaqah road, expanding the buffer zone east of Khanasser and putting an additional pressure on ISIS units operating in the area of Raqqah.
The hidden Russian-US cooperation in Syria was already proven with the Manbij case when Moscow and Washington acted together in order to prevent the Turkish army and pro-Turkish militant groups from attacking Kurdish forces in the area.
There is a chance that the US and Russia will act jointly in order to retake the ISIS self-proclaimed capital of Raqqah even if this is not promoted openly in the mainstream media. If government forces reach al-Tabqa, they will isolate Raqqah from the southern flank and US-backed forces will be able to avoid the need to cut across the Euphrates River in the area. In this case, the fall of Raqqah will take place much faster then it’s expected by experts.[/size]
