Ukrajina u šoku!

Jadna majko i sakate države od ukrajine.
Rusija nijespomenila, niti itervenirala niti kad su ukro-naci
minirali dalekovode ka Krimu (prvo vamčuti zar ne? )

An official representative of the People's Militia of the People's Republic of Luhansk, Andrei Marochko, reported the arrival of foreign mercenaries in the area of Ukraine-controlled settlement of Schastye (Happiness).
"According to our information, 30 foreign mercenaries from a Polish private military company have arrived in the area of the settlement of Schastye in the location of the first battalion of the 14th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," RIA Novosti quoted Marochko as saying.
According to him, the mercenaries are well equipped. The men are dressed in undifferentiated uniforms and carry firearms of "foreign production."
Marochko also said during the briefing that the People's Militia found Ukrainian artillery on the contact line of the Donbas. The locations of two 152-mm artillery systems and 120 and 82-millimeter mortars were found in the village of Luhanskoye three kilometers from the line of contact.
This clearly indicates, Marochko noted, that Kiev continues to build up its military presence in the zone of military operations in the Donbass, thereby violating conditions for the deployment of military hardware near the line of contact.

However the decree does not give the citizens living in Donetsk and Lugansk Russian citizenship, they are just given an opportunity to cross into Russian territory if they want to.
Lavrov Explains What's Behind Putin's Decision on Donbass Residents' Passports
Talking about that, Novak said that this gives the people an opportunity to find protection in Russia.
In response to this decree, Kiev reacted with a decree of its own saying that this is “a violation of international law” but is it really?
“We all know very well what it means and that is Poroshenko now fears Russia is here to protect us. This will put pressure on the EU and Poroshenko to stop the bombing, stop the terrorism, stop killing our children and implement the Minsk agreement that you all have signed,” Novak said.
He further talked about whether he thinks the Minsk agreement will be implemented, saying that he doesn’t think so, because Ukraine really doesn’t want that and it will do everything to break it apart.
“This is a story of toy soldiers. Your [Ukrainian] boys are getting killed, Poroshenko, you [Ukrainian authorities] are sending them to the front line or into your own fields, as they retreat the Right Sector is killing their own guys and it is good for us and the Minsk agreement is even better for us, because sooner or later we will liberate all of our territories because the people are calling out for it,” Novak concluded.

Poroshenko Claims Putin's Decree on Donbass Residents' Passports 'Violates' Int'l Law
The Kremlin’s press office released a statement saying Putin had signed a decree which validated IDs, birth certificates and vehicle registration plates, among other documents issued by eastern Ukrainian authorities to permanent residents on Russian territory.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that, “The decree stated clearly this was made out of humanitarian concerns…until the Minsk agreements have been fulfilled. The presidential decree validated IDs of Donbass residents so that they could enter Russia legally and use Russian rail transport and air carriers,” he explained.
After the eruption of the crisis in Ukraine in 2014, over a million Donbass residents applied for refugee status and temporary shelter in Russia. According to Russia's Federal Migration Service, more than 1 million people fled to Russia following the outbreak of the civil war in Ukraine, of which approximately 600,000 decided to settle there permanently.
Kiev launched a special military operation in southeast Ukraine in April 2014, after local residents refused to recognize the new Ukrainian authorities, which came to power as a result of a coup.

Washington ignores Kiev’s persistent calls for the supply of offensive weapons for its “counterterrorism operation” in Donbass.
Finally Lost Hope? No One in Europe, US 'Ready to Die for Ukraine'
In April 2016 Washington’s UN envoy Samantha Power said that a military solution to the crisis in eastern Ukraine would spell disaster for all.
“A lot more people would suffer,” she warned.
As a result, Kiev’s military had to make do with army pensioned off Army jeeps, night vision gear, bullet-proof jackets and military instructors.
Still, during the closing months of his presidency, Barack Obama decided to build up US military assistance to Ukraine.
“We will increase our military support for Ukraine,” Obama said during the July 2015 NATO summit in Poland.
In January 2017, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin stated the need for “more high-tech lethal defensive weapons” from the US.
If the bill proposed by the Committee on Appropriations receives Congressional approval, it would dash Kiev’s hopes for a military solution to the conflict in Donbass.
Friends Indeed
The scope of the US assistance to Kiev pales in comparison with the billions of dollars Washington provides for Israel and its other allies worldwide.
In addition to the billions of dollars it allocates to Israel each year, Washington has spent $60 billion to rebuild the war-devastated infrastructure in Iraq and keeps supplying Baghdad with weapons even after the US military contingent left the country in 2011.
Following the Daesh invasion, the Pentagon ramped up its military supplies to Baghdad with 1,500 AGM-114 Hellfire missiles, as many Humvee armed vehicles, 250 Caiman APC’s and hundreds of M1A1M Abrams tanks and Stryker armored vehicles and dozens of F16 fighter jets.
Egypt is another major recipient of US military aid. In 2015 Barack Obama said he would ask Congress to allocate $1.3 billion in military supplies to Cairo.
Washington uses military assistance as a means of political influence to keep its military-political alliances in place.
New US administration changes tack
The Western sanctions against Russia imposed under pressure from Washington have already cost the US and its European allies an estimated $100 billion.

Realizing the dangerous consequence serious Western military support to Kiev could lead to, especially in view of the political instability in Ukraine and the trigger-happy rhetoric used by many of its politicians, President Donald Trump is backing off from the “shared values” principle underlying the previous administration’s support for NATO’s eastward expansion.
“Guided by this “shared values” principle, the Americans were moving east trying to get more and more countries embrace their ideology. The new administration does not share this strategy, especially when it comes to Ukraine, a country which is unable to control itself,” political scientist Boris Mezhuyev told RT.
He added that any further Western support for Kiev is fraught with a protracted confrontation with Russia.
“In the long run, Ukraine will realize the downsides of its stupid and short-lived confrontation with Russia and will start gravitating back into Moscow’s fold,” he noted.
Moscow-based military expert Viktor Litovkin said that Washington never had any serious plans regarding Ukraine because “the Americans realize full well that Ukraine cannot be separated from Russia.”
“The Americans see Ukraine just as a means of trolling Russia. They will keep it in a state of limbo without spending too much just to make sure it is alive,” he emphasized.

The Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives of the US Congress has drafted a bill to cut US military aid to Ukraine to just $150 million, which is less than half of the $350 million Kiev received from Washington in 2016.
Under the proposed bill, the Pentagon can spend funds “for training, equipment, weapons of a defensive nature, logistics, and intelligence.”Washington ignores Kiev’s persistent calls for the supply of offensive weapons for its “counterterrorism operation” in Donbass.

Ukrainian radicals keep blocking offices of the Russian Sberbank in Kiev.
Security measures have been reinforced until 17 of March. 1,400 security officers have been dispatched to the city centre.
The National Corpse and Right Sector concreted entrances to the Russian banks over, while law-enforcement bodies tolerate this.
Nataliya Vitrenko, leader of the Ukrainian Progressive Socialist Party, has commented Pravda.Ru on the situation.
Struggle against the Russian banks has been orchestrated by radicals. They also ordered to reinforce blockade of all the Russian enterprises all over Ukraine, as well as trade blockade with the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.
But first of all, it is killing of the Ukrainian economy. Every day the country loses its GDP and begs the IMF for one billion dollars (while five billions have been already lost just because of this blockade).
There are a lot of police men with guns in the city center. They stop cars and check everyone. Tense atmosphere is in the air.
And they used to warn before that city councils, regional administrations will be seized further. They want Poroshenko declare a full-scale war against Russia. Namely declaration of war, not just talks about 'aggressive Russia'. One more option is it to make Poroshenko step down. Then they will take over and declare war against Russia.

Ukraine calls depot explosion an act of sabotage
About 20,000 people were evacuated from the area surrounding the depot in the eastern town of Balakliya [Reuters]
One of the Ukraine's largest munitions depots, containing over 10,000 tons of munitions and missiles, went up in flames on Thursday.
The military is calling it an act of sabotage.

“A fire broke out,” said Ukraine’s Chief Military Prosecutor Anatoliy Matios. “The fire led to the detonation of munitions."
No deaths have been reported, but about 20,000 people were evacuated from the area surrounding the depot in the eastern town of Balakliya. The town is about 150km from eastern Ukraine’s rebel-held regions.
Authorities closed off the airspace within a 40km radius of the depot. More than 600 emergency workers were also deployed.
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman announced that he would travel to the site of the disaster.

The munitions and arms housed in the depot were used by Ukrainian troops fighting insurgents, according to Ukrainian television.
The Ukrainian military has been battling pro-Russian separatists in the province of Kharkiv and two other eastern regions – Donetsk and Luhansk – since April 2014. The conflict has killed over 10,000 people.
At least two civilians were killed and eight people injured in a similar incident in October 2015 in the government-held city of Svatove, near rebel-held territory.
