Drama u Kijevu: poništava se kandidatska registracija Zelenskog?

Kiev's Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal on Saturday started hearing the lawsuit that calls for annulment of Volodymyr Zelenskiy's registration as a candidate in Ukraine's presidential election.
The lawsuit has been filed by Andrii Khilko, a lawyer and an election observer on behalf of the Ukrainian Shareholders Association.
In his lawsuit, Khilko alleges that Zelenskiy has violated the Ukrainian law by posting a notice on Facebook, offering free tickets to debates between the candidate and his rival in the presidential race, incumbent Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
Thus, the plaintiff claims, Zelenskiy has bribed voters by giving out free tickets.
During the hearing, Khilko said that his only evidence is a screenshot of Zelenskiy's post on Facebook.
At the same time, Zelenskiy's defense petitioned the court to dismiss the lawsuit.
The representative of the Ukrainian Central Election Commission, present at the hearing, has also called on the court to dismiss the case.
