Le spiego in breve ho fatto cambiare 160 sterline il 20 di febbraio 2017 ho ricevuto 120 euro li per li non mi sono reso conto che erano cosi pochi ero di corsa dopo che sono arrivato a casa mi sono reso conto che la cifra ricevuta era tropo poca sono tornato di novo per chiedere spiegazioni in poche parole mi hanno liquidato dicendomi che dovevo vedere subito che il tasso di cambio non mi andava bene,ho provato mandare email e ho ricevuto come risposta ormai non si po fare nulla ho chiesto di pagare la commissione ma di avere i soldi indietro anche se dovevo perdere intorno a 20 euro che era la quota fissa di per ogni singola operazione 10 euro..io avevo sentito anche altre storie di questi signori ma non avevo dato peso,durante il tempo che io ero li a chiarire questa situazione altri due turisti di origini asiatiche penso (giapponesi) si lamentavano che li mancavano circa 220 euro tra i soldi che avevano cambiato e queli ricevuti poi anche i poliziotti che sono venuti visto che li hanno chiamati i turisti stranieri hanno comfermato che non sono i primi che si lamentano di questa cosa dicendo che questi signori sono dei TRUFFATORI legali visto che stano al limite tra legale e ilegale.il cosiglio di tutti e sempre denunciare queste cose come abbiamo fato noi....

We just changed pounds to euros at a 'Best and Fast Change' near the ponte vecchio. We should have known better - we basically got completely ripped off. Dont ever change money at a Best and Fast Change. The international rate is about euro 1.25 to a pound. But after charging a 30% service fee we got 0.85 euros to a pound which is practically day light robbery. I would expect better from a developed European country than to allow this to happen to unsuspecting tourists.

Just returned from Florence, Tuscany, the night before returning I needed a little bit more euros to buy a couple of last minute presents. I went Best and Fast Change srl at Via Calzaiuoli 120r Firenze to change $100.00 Canadian into Euros, to cut it short, I was persuaded by the male server that rather than change the cash, it would be better to use my Bank Debit Card to get the euros as I would get a better rate, like any Criminal he was very persuasive, I decided to get an even 100 euros and was given a receipt showing 127.81 euros and a clever explanation for same, however, when checking with my bank on day of return, I discovered it had been debited to the amount of $184.94, the exchange rate should have been the amount of $1.40 to the euro, all I lost was $44.00, I feel sorry for anyone who might have taken out a larger amount.

On going onto the web, I have found dozens of similar complaints going back years, something needs to be done about these Criminals, there must be some kind of Business Complaints Bureau that can investigate them. My advise is STAY AWAY FROM "BEST AND FAST CHANGE srl" they appear to be a haven for criminals.

We were changing $300 dollars and the employee offered us a much better exchange (he said the best change of the day) if we would change $1000 (dollars) , but what he did not say is that they charge 19% commission , so when we were expecting $840 Euros , he gave us $666. As you can imagine we request to void the transaction and he refused.
We called the police with my phone ... the police arrived and none of them speaks a word of English or Spanish , they asked us to give them our passport , they made a report and told us that there was nothing that they could do because there was a posted sign (we did not read) .
The employee highly enjoyed this moment of frustration saying he does not have to inform if the commission because is posted .
I hope this review can prevent people . Do not change money here.

That was the worst experience i have ever had in my life. We were told that the exchange rate is 1.21 from usd to eur. They mentioned absolutely nothing about the 20% tax and the 9 eur fixed charges. My mom gave them 1000 usd and they gave us 650 eur !!!! . We didn't even want to change 1000 usd but they keep advising you and telling you how amazing this rate is ( of course they didn't mention the 20 % plus the 9 eur fixed charges ). We kept asking for our money back and demanded a cancellation but they refused. My mom literally started crying. She has been working hard for years just to get the money she needs to finally visit italy, and the moment we arrived in Florence this happened. Those idiots are ruining Italy's image and the government MUST do something about it. Please don't be naive like us and use their services. STAY AWAY.

They deducted ~40 EUR for commission and fees. They did not tell me about these hidden fees and only pointed to the board to the conversion rate when I first inquired. They also refused to cancel the transaction.

krajem sijecnja je u trg.centrima bilo za kupiti kukurijeka, u teglici....5k ako se ne varam platila.....
to mi je najdraze ranoproljetno cvijece.....
