Suhoj Su-35BM višenamjenski je borbeni lovac "teže klase" s mogućnošću velikog dometa. Lovac je poboljšana inačica modela Su-27M/Su-35 te se smatra lovcem 4.++ generacije.[1] Međutim, budući da proizvođač Suhoj u ovaj lovac nije ugradio AESA radar, prema američkoj klasifikaciji, Su-35BM spada u 4. generaciju lovaca.[4] Lovac je široj javnosti predstavljen na tradicionalnom ruskom MAKS Airshowu 2007. godine.
Osim jasne fizičke razlike, avionika lovca Su-35BM značajno je poboljšana, te je u potpunosti ruskog podrijetla. U elektroniku zrakoplova uključen je i radarski sustav N035 Irbis (PESA radar) koji omogućuje pasivno elektroničko skeniranje. Također, na repu lovca dodatno je montiran radar. U kasnijoj proizvodnji lovaca, kao stražnji radar koristit će se IRBIS-E radar, koji je poboljšana verzija prijašnjeg N035 radara, s većom vršnom snagom i boljim ECM karakteristikama. Za vlastitu elektroničku samoobranu i elektroničko ratovanje, lovac koristi L175M Khibiny-M sustav. Kasnija proizvodnja uključivat će Irbis-E radar s većim mogućnostima pretraživanja.
Kokpit je redizajniran, te se u njemu nalaze dva LCD zaslona kojima se pilot koristi, kao i kompatibilnom kacigom koja mu prenosi vizualne informacije. Zrakoplov koristi i software koji je kompatibilan s novim sustavom oružja. U naprednu elektroniku kojom je opremljen ovaj zrakoplov, spada i sustav za ciljanje mete na velikoj udaljenosti, data-link velikih mogućnosti i elektronički sustav za izviđanje. Ugrađen je i laganiji sustav za kontrolu leta kao i GLONASS radijski sustav satelitske navigacije.
Su-35BM smatra se lovcem 4++ generacije[1] dok pojedini eksperti smatraju da avion ima karakteristike zbog kojih se može smatrati lovcem 5. generacije, poput F-22 Raptora.

MIg 35 nije stealth al je manji avion pa mu je radarski odraz manji ....zato on ima ovaj AESA radar ....suhoji su preveliki a nisu stelath onda ispada da ga se lako uoci pa onda to nema smisla nego radiš PAK FA.....Plus mali mig 35 koji je puno manji avion od suhoja pa bez obzira šta niej stelath ipak u niskom letu može biti nevidljiv na radaru.

AESA radar je bitan kod napada a kad netko upada na tvoj teren ondasu ti AESA radari na tlu ....tako su se Rusi i postavili tj obrana ....a KInezi .....ocito ih zanima upad ......he he he he ...zato i oce nadogradit ove radarena sve i svašta šta leti.
AESA radar nemora biti na avionu , može na kopnu , moru ....za omanju zemlju poput Hr , Srbije i slicno dovoljno je imat takve radare dole da kontroliraju zracni prostor poviše sebe.

AESA radar nemora biti na avionu , može na kopnu , moru ....za omanju zemlju poput Hr , Srbije i slicno dovoljno je imat takve radare dole da kontroliraju zracni prostor poviše sebe.

Sve u svemu kad maknemo to šta Srbija ( trenutno ?!? ) nema para a ovaj mig 35 je napravljen samo eksperimentalno tj ima ga al nije zanimljiv previše tržištu .....Suhoj u zraku šta se tice vidljivosti tj nevidljivosti i ocitavanja istog nije u klasi sa Raptorom.
F-22 Raptor je i indirektna poruka Srbiji.

A šta se tice sistema s - 400 i slicno ....prvo Srbija ima malu dubinu teriorija , ovo cudo je nevidljivo , i da ima AESA radare na zemlji kasno bi ga detektirali ....a postoji i mogucnost gađanja raketom ....pa ti onda to izrokaju i to je to.

Stacioniranje aviona F-22 u Evropi će imati veliku simboličku snagu i pokazati solidarnost sa Istočnom Evropom. No, ono može da izazove i blagu glavobolju Moskve. „To će biti veliko povećanje borbene gotovosti, jer nema aviona na svetu koji se može meriti sa F-22“, dodaje Muzika: „To je jedini borbeni avion pete generacije koji je u svetu u operativnoj upotrebi. Drugim rečima: Rusija nema avion koji bi mogao da mu parira.“

Dva američka borbena aviona F-22 sletjela u poljsku zrakoplovnu vojnu bazu Lask
Dva borbena avioan F-22 Raptor sletjela su danas u poljsku zrakoplovnu bazu Lask, na području središnje Poljske dok se istovremeno povećavaju napetosti na istoku Ukrajine. Informacija o dolasku dva borbena aviona F-22 objavljena je na poljskoj informativnoj televiziji TVP, prenosi AFP. Avioni su doletjeli iz njemačke zrakoplovne baze Spangdahlem u bazu Lask.

A demonstration of Russian aircraft at the 2013 Le Bourget air show stunned spectators. The air show visitors were amazed to see the handling of Sukhoi Su-35S, as the jet performed aerobatics that no other jet fighter in the world could touch.
Engineer Christian Kunovski offers a taste of a knowledgeable spectator’s first-hand impressions: “I have been in the industry for 22 years, I have seen a lot, but this flight was simply incredible. This is not a fighter jet, this is a UFO!”
This was the first public demonstration of a Su-35S overseas, and it went on to be the biggest highlight of the air show.
Let us take a closer look at the Sukhoi Su-35 and attempt to reveal the secret of its “other-worldly” capabilities.
HISTORY
There have been two different Sukhoi Su-35s in the aviation history; they even look different. The first jet fighter to get this designation in the early 1990s at international trade shows was an aircraft also known as Sukhoi Su-27M.
The earlier Su-35 was a comprehensive upgrade of the basic Su-27. In fact, that was the first attempt to make a multi-role fighter out of the interceptor jet.
Then the upgraded Su-27 was given new capabilities to control guided precision weapons. To enable this capability, a new airborne radar was installed on the jet. The weapons control system and the airframe were also modified, adding a canard wing.
For a number of reasons, that jet did not go into production, and the manufacturer did not resurrect the Su-35 designation until 2005. The new Sukhoi Su-35 took off from the Ramensky Airfield of the Gromov Flight Research Institute in February 2008.
The fighter jet was originally designated Sukhoi Su-35BM (the Russian index for “big modernization,” or “a major upgrade”), and was subsequently renamed as Su-35 for the export markets. After the Russian Air Force became interested in the new model, a Sukhoi Su-35S variant emerged, with the index S traditionally signifying a version designated for the Russian Defense Ministry.
At that point the Thirty-Five became the “poster boy” for the Russian combat air force: the defense contract for 48 Sukhoi Su-35S fighters was the largest procurement deal for new combat aircraft. The Russian Defense Ministry is planning to sign another procurement deal for the aircraft next year.
The Thirty-Five offers a feature set and performance making it very nearly a Fifth-Generation fighter jet. The Su-35S falls short on only two requirements: lack of stealth technology and APAR (active phased array radar).
A Generation 4++ Fighter Jet
The Sukhoi Su-35S carries a 30mm cannon, has 12 hard points and can detect targets at more than 400 kilometers, while its radar can track up to 30 targets simultaneously. The fighter has range in excess of 3,500 kilometers without refueling. The world’s most powerful Fourth-Generation fighter’s standout features include new engines, avionics and radar.
ENGINES
Use of high-thrust engines is a significant differentiator of Sukhoi Su-35 from predecessor Su-27 family jets. The new engines were developed by NPO Saturn, a UEC subsidiary, and are known under the 117S designation.
The new engines are essentially a deep upgrade of production AL-31F engines, with fifth-generation technologies used in the upgrade. The upgrade has increased the engine’s thrust by 16% to 14,500 kgf with afterburners and to 8,800 kgf maximum dry thrust. The engine has a significantly improved expected life (by a factor of 2x – 2.7x) compared to the production AL-31F: from 500 to 1,000 hours between repairs (and to 1,500 hours running time before the first overhaul), with the total expected life increasing from 1,500 to 4,000 hours.
Two engine manufacturers – the Ufa Engine Manufacturing Company (UMPO) and Rybinsk-based NPO Saturn – will manufacture 117S engines in cooperation with each other. The manufacturing partners, NPO Saturn and UMPO, have decided to share equally the scope of work to manufacture 117S engines.
AVIONICS AND EQUIPMENT
The avionics used in the new jet are a completely new system of onboard electronics. The entire complement of Sukhoi Su-35 electronics is integrated into a single system.
Avionics and other equipment are integrated into a single cohesive system by an information processing and control system, which comprises two digital CPUs, interface and data conversion systems, and a head-up display (HUD) implementing the glass cockpit concept.
The Su-35 has two MFI-35 large color multi-functional LCDs, a multi-functional panel with an integrated display processor, a wide-angle collimated head-up display superimposed over the windscreen and a control panel in the cockpit.
These indicators and a range of other avionics systems of the aircraft were developed by the Ramenskoye Instrument Design Bureau, also a Concern Radioelectronic Technologies (KRET) subsidiary.
KRET engineers also designed a new navigation system for the fighter jet – the BINS-SP-2 strap-down inertial navigation system.
The navigation system can identify the aircraft’s location independently from satellite positioning and without communicating with ground-based systems, at accuracy levels double those offered by earlier versions. BINS-SP-2 has an expected operating life of 10,000 hours, nearly double that of currently available comparable navigation systems.
Incidentally, this state-of-the-art navigation system, created from scratch by KRET subsidiaries, will be also used in the Fifth-Generation advanced front-line aircraft system.
Airborne IRBIS Radar
While lacking an APAR, the Su-35 radar system can detect targets at distances up to 400 kilometers, as well as tracking up to aerial targets and engage up to eight of these targets simultaneously.
Sukhoi Su-35S has owes these capabilities to its new Irbis phased-array radar control system. The system was developed by Tikhomirov Instrument Engineering Research Institute, a KRET subsidiary, and is being manufactured by the Ryazan State Instrument Factory, another subsidiary of KRET.
The state-of-the-art system enables Sukhoi Su-35S to detect quickly and track simultaneously up to four ground targets or up to 30 airborne targets, as well as engaging up to eight airborne targets at the same time. Besides, the radar control system has the friend-or-foe identification capability for aerial and maritime objects, is capable of identifying the class and type of airborne targets and take aerial photos of the ground.
The system can be used in any weather at any time of the day, and remain effective in the face of interference, either natural or organized by the enemy electronic warfare systems.
An oscillator with peak power output of 20 kW used in the passive phased array radar makes Irbis the most powerful radar control system in the world.
This puts the Sukhoi Su-35S radar system on par with the best state-of-the-art international designs, and ahead for most US and European active and passive phased array radars.

Sukhoi Su-35S has owes these capabilities to its new Irbis phased-array radar control system. The system was developed by Tikhomirov Instrument Engineering Research Institute, a KRET subsidiary, and is being manufactured by the Ryazan State Instrument Factory, another subsidiary of KRET.
The state-of-the-art system enables Sukhoi Su-35S to detect quickly and track simultaneously up to four ground targets or up to 30 airborne targets, as well as engaging up to eight airborne targets at the same time. Besides, the radar control system has the friend-or-foe identification capability for aerial and maritime objects, is capable of identifying the class and type of airborne targets and take aerial photos of the ground.
The system can be used in any weather at any time of the day, and remain effective in the face of interference, either natural or organized by the enemy electronic warfare systems.
An oscillator with peak power output of 20 kW used in the passive phased array radar makes Irbis the most powerful radar control system in the world.
This puts the Sukhoi Su-35S radar system on par with the best state-of-the-art international designs, and ahead for most US and European active and passive phased array radars.

Taj modernizirani suhoj je više za izvoz ...KIna i ostali ....Rusi su se orjenitrali na PAK FA a ovo im je ono više izvozna varijanta.
PAK FA je stealth a ovo nije.

Ovo na slici je Su- Su-35S oznaka za 4++ generaciju sa znatnim apgrejdima,s tim da se razvija verzije 35S 5. generacije....svejedno nebitno stealth ili ne,ima da papa Raptore,ako budu zlocesti..

Rusi imaju sjeverni pol i te široke teritorije pa onda dva ocena ....sve su to neke zone van teritorijalnih voda .....nemože Rus slat ovaj avion na Raptora koj ide prema Rusiji a radar ga tu neocitava.
Sve je super sa ovim suhojem , odlican avion al Rusima treba PAK FA.

Prije svega,Raptor jos nije u praksi isprobao ruske radare,koji su state -of-the-art,i daleko bolji nego bilo sto na zapadu..Su-#%S moze koristiti digitalni,pulsni,amplitudni sustav za detekciju meta,a na 400 km rega metu,prati do 30 letecih meta, i4 na tlu..kombinacija svih radarskih tehnika,u praksi,gotovo sa 100% sigurnosti otkriva..Tako su srusili u Srbiji i onaj F-117 stealth..srbi su dali Rusima ostatke tog aviona,a kad imas uzorak,mozes raditi svoju verziju stealtha,ali i kontramjere,dakle,ovaj je bio uhvacen iz vise pravaca koji su bili umrezeni,i srusen obicnim S-8 stare juge..

Pa nemora ih Raptro ispitati. Ruski radar su odlicni. Uostalom ovaj AESA radar se stavlja na kopno i na brodove. Problem nastaje ako ti ovo staviš na brod koji kontrolira tvoju vansjku granicu tvog teritorijalnog mora i to i sad Raptor dolazi vjerovatno ce ovi na brodu ocitat nešto i onda se dižu avioni ....međutim ako pošalješ Suhoja imao il nemao on AESA radar problem nastaje kad ti hoceš ici za tim Raptorom koji se povuce opet nazad.
Situacija :
Suhoj koji nije stealth izašao je van dometa ruskih radara i sad su on i Raptor na nebu iznad zone di su prepušteni sami sebi.
Suhoj je vidljivij ina radaru a Raptor slabije. Raptor ima vecu mogucnost prikrivanja a to je pogubno onda.
PAK FA je u rangu sa Raptorom ovdje.
Zato Rusi oce PAK FA a ovaj suhoj im je više izvozna varijanta i ono nekakva rezerva koja im nije toliko zanimljiva.
Sibri , sjeverni po , atlanski ocean , tihi ocena .....sve su to prostranstva di može doc do kontakta sa Raptorom.

Svetac tvoja greška je šta si se koncentriao na južnu granicu Rusije kod ove tematike. NIje to Rusima problem jer tu i onako imaju odlicne PZO i radare i nema tu puno prostora za manerviranje.
KOncentriaj se na malo ovo sjever , zapad , istok Rusije pa ceš onda skužit zašto njima ovaj suhoj nije bitna osim kao izvozna varijanta i neka rezervna opcija a PAK FA im je vitalno bitan.
