Russia's Gazprom Neft Signs Deal With Iran on Development of two Oil Fields
In an interview with Sputnik Persian, independent Iranian analyst Omid Shokri Kalehsar said that while the Western countries took their time waiting for US President Donald Trump’s actions regarding Tehran, Russia has become the first buyer of Iranian oil since the partial lifting of sanctions agreed in 2015.
“In 2011 and 2012 the EU imposed a ban on the import of Iranian oil over Tehran’s nuclear program. Meanwhile, there were media reports about a “barter oil deal” being discussed by Russia and Iran whereby Iran would supply a daily 500,000 barrels of oil to Russia in exchange Russian technology, equipment and services,” Omid Shokri Kalehsar said.
“However, after Iran and the P5+1 signed a nuclear agreement paving the way for lifting the sanctions from Tehran, the “barter agreement” was no longer need,” he added.
Still, the agreement on the planned supply to100, 000 barrels of Iranian oil to Russia reflects the two countries’ desire to expand their energy cooperation.
“Russia’s Lukoil and Gazprom companies are ready to invest into the Iranian oil and gas sector, which needs some $150 billion dollars’ worth of investments. This would help Iran to extract more hydrocarbons thus cementing its position in the global energy market,” Kalehsar noted.
“Lukoil and Gazprom will return to Iran to develop new oil and gas fields there.”
After Iran and the P5+1 group of international negotiators, including Russia, the United Kingdom, China, France, the United States and Germany, signed a comprehensive agreement on Tehran’s nuclear program in Vienna in July 2015, European countries showed interest in Iran’s oil and gas sector, with the election of Donald Trump, they are biding their time waiting for the new US President to outline his position on the 2015 nuclear deal with Tehran.
“Russian companies have none of these concerns though and will be the first to establish themselves in the Iranian oil market, way ahead of their European counterparts,” Omid Shokri Kalehsar said.
A number of Russian companies have already signed memorandums of understanding with Iranian companies.

Iran Hopes to Sign Major Energy Deals With Russia by Mid-December - Oil Ministry
Earlier this month, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that Moscow considers it possible to extend its participation in the oil producing states' agreement on output cuts for another six months, and will decide on the issue in April or May.
The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) sealed a deal on November 30, 2016, agreeing to cut its oil output by 1.2 million barrels per day for the first six months of 2017 in an effort to stabilize the oil market and bring oil prices to the healthy range of $50-60 per barrel.

Iran plans to start selling 100,000 barrels of oil a day to Russia within the next 15 days, Iranian Student New Agency (ISNA) wrote, citing the country’s Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh.
Briefing the media after a meeting with his Russian counterpart Alexander Novak in Tehran, Zanganeh said that Iran would receive payment half in cash and half in goods and services.“We are looking for long-term trade relations with Russia to minimize the effect of fluctuations created by the West,” Bijan Zanganeh added.

Russian Strategic Missile Forces Get Unique Training Simulator for Yars ICBM
Fedosov said that the technical characteristics of the new missile are classified, but added that a previous version of the weapon, which carries a conventional payload, has a range of up to 3,000 kilometers (more than 1,864 miles). The new version is expected to have "a significantly longer" range.
The development of the new missile appears to reflect a broader trend in Russia's approach to warfare which has seen the Russian Armed Forces place a greater emphasis on long-range weapons systems designed to counterbalance air defenses of a potential opponent.
"If it is a matter of a strategic nuclear strike, then at least one missile will always reach its target. It will be enough," Fedosov said.

Russia's Next-Gen Stealth Bomber to Replace Tu-22, Tu-95 and Tu-160 Planes
The Tu-160 is capable of carrying Raduga Kh-55SM, Kh-101, Kh-102 or Kh-555 cruise missiles and Raduga Kh-15 short-range nuclear missiles. The Kh-101 is believed to have a maximum range of 5,500 kilometers (over 3,400 miles), while the aircraft itself has a maximum range of 12,300 km (7,643 miles) without refueling.
Defense analyst Dave Majumdar described the Tu-160M as "practically a new aircraft under the hood." The upgrade will see 60 percent of the plane's equipment replaced with top-end gear, including hypersonic missiles, improved avionics and electronics.

Ruska plava mačka: Ljepotica svilenkastog krzna, odana poput psa!
prekrasne plavo-sive boje. Uz to, njezine velike oči su smaragdno zelene boje.
Povijest

Petro Poroshenko reportedly readies to flee Ukraine

Former Ukrainian MP Vladimir Oleynik stated that President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko sent two airplanes full of money and valuable art items to Spain in January.
Poroshenko registered the shipment as a diplomatic cargo, Oleynik wrote on Facebook. "The Ambassador to Spain is a friend of Petro's, whom he appointed in 2006. His main diplomatic mission is to look after Poroshenko's house [in Spain]. Afterwards, he [Poroshenko] will be explaining to everyone that he escaped from Ukraine with his hand luggage only," Oleynik wrote.
Ukrainian media reported that President Poroshenko owns a Mediterranean-style two-storeyed 1,254-square-meter villa in Atalaya-Isdabe on the Mediterranean coast. The villa, of course, is not listed as Poroshenko's property.
In January of this year, Poroshenko's confectionery corporation Roshen announced plans to shut down its factory in Russia's Lipetsk.
Noteworthy, Vladimir Oleynik has been living outside Ukraine since 2014 due to criminal proceedings. He is known as a critique of Poroshenko's regime and intends to run for President of Ukraine.
