Violence erupts in Jordan as security forces and “outlaws” clash By News Desk - 02/03/2016 0 


The Jordanian security forces clashed with an unknown militant group inside the border-city of ‘Irbid, resulting in the death of 1 police captain and 4 “outlaws”, the Jordanian national media reported on Tuesday night. According to Petra News Agency of Jordan, the security forces arrested 1 fighter from the militant group after a swift crackdown in ‘Irbid; they added that 2 bystanders were wounded as a result of the firefights. No further details were given by the Jordanian government.
