Ali moram reći, s obzirom na nikakav otpor, troškove, dugačke linije snadbijevanja, već prolivenu krv…

…strani angažman je tu skup i besmislen, osim bombardiranjem i dronovima. A s time se rat ne dobiva.

SAD skraćuju linije opskrbe i perimetar angažmana, to je puno prikladnije u multipolarnom svijetu. Nadam se i da će doći do sporazumijevanja s Rusijom.

Kina je drugi par rukava.

Talibani so danes zavzeli tudi ključno mesto na severu Mazar-i-Šarif, eno večjih v državi. Kot so potrdili tudi predstavniki afganistanskih oblasti, so talibani zavzeli ključne vladne stavbe, vključno z guvernerjevim uradom, poroča nemška tiskovna agencija dpa. Vladne sile zdaj od večjih mest nadzorujejo le še prestolnico Kabul in Džalalabad.
