Syrian Army Captures Third Town in Aleppo
According to the Arabic-language al-Mayadeen television, the Syrian forces won back the town of Zarawi in the Southern countryside of Aleppo.
Earlier reports said the Syrian forces and Hezbollah fighters took full control over the towns of Tal Mamu and Azizieh Samaan in Aleppo countryside, killing scores of Takfiri terrorists.
Tens of the terrorists were killed in the joint operation of the Syrian soldiers and Hezbollah forces in Tal Mamu and al-Azizieh this morning.
On Saturday, the Syrian Army, popular forces and Hezbollah fighters pushed back the militant groups from Kafr Haddad in Aleppo province and retook full control over the village and its surroundings.
The sources said that the Syrian Army’s 4th Mechanized Division, Hezbollah, the National Defense Forces (NDF) of Aleppo city, Kataebat Al-Ba’ath (Al-Ba’ath Battalion) and several Iraqi paramilitaries imposed full control over the important village of Kafr Haddad after a series of intense firefights with the militants of Harakat Ahrar al-Sham, Harakat Nouriddeen Al-Zinki, al-Nusra Front, and Liwaa Suqour al-Sham.
With the capture of Kafr Haddad, the Syrian Armed Forces and Lebanese Resistance are within 25km of the important stronghold of Saraqib in the Idlib province and 30km East of the predominately Shiite towns of Fou'aa and Kafraya.
Army sources announced on Friday that the Syrian Army troops, backed up by the Russian airstrikes, have taken control of approximately 250 square kilometers of land in Aleppo.
"The Syrian army's operation continues in the Southern and Eastern parts of province of Aleppo," Brigadier General Ali Mayhoub said.
"In cooperation with civil defense groups we control more than 250 square kilometers, and returned stability to dozens of villages and towns in the region."
"The army in collaboration with the civil defense forces managed to open the way to Aleppo…to ensure the safe passage of this important route," Mayhoub added.
The general also said that terrorists sustained a large number of casualties and loss of equipment.
On Thursday, the Syrian army, backed up by massive air support, continued to tighten noose on the Takfiri militants in Aleppo, inflicting heavy casualties on the terrorists.
The army destroyed ISIL positions, weapons and ammunition and vehicles in an area in the vicinity of the Air Force Academy.
The army troops also killed and injured a group of terrorists from the al-Nusra Front and other affiliated groups in the villages of Berneh, Tal Haddiyeh, Doulamah and Khan Touman in the Southwestern countryside of Aleppo. Tens of the militants' machinegun-equipped vehicles were also destroyed.
The army, backed up by the Syrian airstrikes, destroyed positions of Takfiri terrorists in the neighborhoods of al-Rashideen 4, al- Sheikh Khuder, Salah Eddin, al-sheikh Said and Bustan al-Qaser.
Meanwhile, the Syrian air raids destroyed terrorists’ positions in al-Ameriyeh village in the Southeastern countryside of Aleppo.

To je bilo za očekivati. Tu ili tamo morali su pukniti. Pa nije
avijacija Rusije mačiji kašalj. Uza sve to još nema pogodjenih
vrimena kada će popucati i ovi prašinari.

Reuters thought no one would notice a post-publication edit regarding the article Sociopath Media wrote about on the 5th November. We suspect the State Department gave them a call and demanded the edit, shifting the blame onto something very vague, as opposed to Obama's goons.

Re: Sirija
ISIL Using Kidnapped Civilians as Human Shield against Airstrikes near Kuweires Airbase
The ISIL terrorist group has kidnapped a large number of civilians from Aleppo countryside and is using them as human shields against Syrian-Russian airstrikes near the strategic Kuweires airbase, local sources said on Monday.
The sources said that the ISIL has taken residents of a nearby area hostage and blocked civilians exit path to discourage the Syrian and Russian Air Forces from bombing their positions.
The same action happened last week when a terrorist group operating close to Damascus kidnapped Syrian Alawite civilians to use them as human shields against airstrikes, by publicly keeping them captive in metal cages.
A militant group opposed to the Syrian government took Alawite civilians and government soldiers hostage in cages to protect themselves against air strikes, according to reports from Ghouta, an area close to Damascus.
On Saturday, the Syrian army troops, the National Defense Forces (NDF) and the Lebanese Hezbollah forces, backed up by the Russian fighter jets, tightened noose around the ISIL terrorists near Sheikh Ahmad and its surrounding areas to lift over a two-year-long siege of the strategic Kuweires airbase.
The latest reports from the battlefield said that the government forces are very close to seize back full control over Sheikh Ahmad after killing tens of Takfiri terrorists.
Last week, the Syrian army, popular forces and Hezbollah backed up by Russian warplanes started massive operations and came almost half a mile closer to the Kuweires airport in a region where advance in every inch has taken days.
The pro-government forces marched on ISIL positions in the region and advanced to the rural district of Sheikh Ahmad after taking full control of the railway crossing.
The Syrian army and Hezbollah deployed their forces in a region only 2 kilometers away from the airbase.
At the time, the government forces were preparing to mop up the rest of Sheikh Ahmad to prepare for a massive offensive on ISIL positions along the Aleppo-Raqqa Highway. Some 80 percent of Sheikh Ahmad - that is seen as a milestone in the Damascus war on terrorist groups in the Northern province of Aleppo – was under the control of the pro-government forces.
Army sources said the Russian strikers have played a very crucial role in the operation.
Last week, commanders of the Syrian army, popular forces, Hezbollah and Russian Air Force held a meeting in Sheikh Ahmad frontline to coordinate the last phase of their joint operation for removing the two-year-long ISIL siege on Kuweires airbase, Southeast of Aleppo.
Military sources said at the time that the pro-government forces were deployed in most parts of Sheikh Ahmad, just 2,600 meters far farm the Southern gates of the strategic Kuweires airbase.
The joint operations of the Syrian army troops, Hezbollah fighters and NDF that have been underway with the Russian air backup for the last one month have forced the militant groups, specially the ISIL, to withdraw from the Southern parts of Sheikh Ahmad town near the Kuweires airbase.
Sources said that the militant groups have suffered heavy casualties in the latest stage of the pro-government troops' joint operations.
The ISIL Takfiri terrorists have besieged the Kuweires airbase for over 2.5 years now, but the base itself is under the Syrian army's control.
Hundreds of Syrian forces are under a tight siege at the airbase as a result of the occupation of vast areas surrounding the airport by the terrorists.
The Syrian army's helicopters supply foodstuff and other needs to the Syrian troops defending the airport.

Syrian Forces Win Full Control over Key Town in Aleppo
The Syrian army completed control over Sheikh Ahmad town in Aleppo countryside on Monday winning a decisive battle in a chain of operations to lift a 2.5-year siege on Kuweires Airbase.
A military source said the army, backed by popular forces, eventually managed to purge all parts of the town that is located in the Eastern countryside of Aleppo from the Takfiri militants.
There are no immediate reports about the exact numbers of the terrorists' casualties.
The Syrian Army, National Defense Forces (NDF) and Hezbollah fighters could win a major part of Sheikh Ahmad after several days of fierce battles and came closer to the strategic Kuweires Airbase.
The Syrian army troops, the NDF fighters and the Lebanese Hezbollah forces, backed up by the Russian fighter jets, on Saturday tightened noose around the ISIL terrorists near Sheikh Ahmad and its surrounding areas to lift over a two-year-long siege of the strategic Kuweires airbase.
The Saturday reports said that the government forces were very close to seize full control over Sheikh Ahmad after killing tens of Takfiri terrorists, but yet said that the army had prevailed no more than 90 percent of the town.
Reports on Monday evening said the army has completed its control over the town and is preparing to take the final step towards Kuweires airbase.
