UAE fund will receive 36% in car manufacturer Aurus

The Tawazun Foundation from the United Arab Emirates will receive a 36% stake in Aurus Ltd., the manufacturer of Aurus luxury cars, RIA Novosti reports.

As noted by the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, the Tawazun fund will invest in the company a total of € 110 million over the next three years.
“At the expense of these funds, investments will be made in the organization of full-scale serial production of Aurus cars, in their localization, as well as in the development of distribution in international markets,” the minister added.
Earlier, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia showed a crash test and test footage of the new Aurus limousine. This is the main company car of the Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
