Why is there after more than a year after the establichment of the Islamic State does the Obama Admistration STILL NOT have a plan, strategic approach, or comprehensive strategy to deal with ISIS/ISIL???? It is not because the Pentagon has not been giving the White House option and strategy after strategy. It is because Obama does not WANT to Act and all the strategies say the situation REQUIRE ACTION!!!
